Server Rules

General Rules

  1. The use of Cheats, Hacks or Glitch exploitation is strictly prohibited. We operate a zero-tolerance policy to cheaters. You will be banned permanently.
  2. Do not RDM also known as the golden rule: Don’t shoot another brother.
  3. Do not Metagame. Metagaming is the use of any form of information generated out of character.
  4. Don't minge, FailRP, or join the server with No intent to play you will be kicked from the server and after a certain point you will be banned.
  5. English must be used at all times in OOC.
  6. Racism, Discriminatory or Defammatory language used against players, admins or any member of the community will result in a permanent ban.
  7. Do not randomly fire a weapon. You need an RP reason to fire it.
  8. Trolling is not acceptable.
  9. Do not mic spam, or play any type of micspam down your mic.
  10. Do not advertise other servers.
  11. Don't threaten other players or the server with DDos or hacking.
  12. Staff have the final say if they believe you are in breach of these rules. They will try to be fair wherever possible, however if you have been permanently banned and wish to contest this ruling use the ban appeal system and we will discuss your case.
  13. No using Alt Accounts, If caught using an Alt Account you will receive a Permaban on the Alt Account.
  14. No inappropriate or provocative names.
  15. No impersonating other members of the community.
  16. No camping Event character spawns (sitting by their spawn point and mercilessly and constantly killing them).
  17. Use common sense. Do as your character should do in the RP situation.

Roleplay Rules

  1. You must listen to the highest ranking officer present, staying on task of their orders, unless you have an RP reason to disobey orders.
  2. Do not use /advert for non in Character matters, advert is a communcation system/device.
  3. You can use /me to describe your actions in RP.
  4. If Jedi are fighting an enemy, do not engage.
  5. Do not shoot another trooper, unless they have gone rogue.
  6. Do not attempt to break someone out of, nor break out of cuffs without valid RP reason.
  7. Promotions must be handled in-character while on the server.
  8. Weapons may not be dropped to other players who do not spawn with that specific weapon.
  9. Grapple Hook cannot be used to graple other players or ships.
  10. Enlisted must Salute NCO+.
  11. You must wait 1 days before joining another regiment unless approved by the commander of the regiment you are leaving.
  12. Do not use the Kill command to commit suicide, it’s classed as FailRP.
  13. No breaking NLR (New Life Rule) within reason. This means you cannot be involved in the same RP situation you were in when you died
  14. Shock must have a valid reason to arrest a player | No RDA.
  15. Debrief may only be called by Officer+.
  16. All battalions must follow Republic Hierarchy.

Shock Rules:

  1. No RDA (Random Arrest).
  2. No arresting/cuffing Event characters unless approved by the hosting Event Master.
  3. No abusing cuffs (Only to be used during arrest or capture).
  4. After detaining a prisoner in a cell, you must RFA (Reason For Arrest)  in comms to validate their arrest. The Shock involved will be talked to and possibly punished.
  5. You have the right to ask anyone to show their keycard but if you wish to search or pat down somebody, you must have a valid reason to do so.
  6. You may not interrogate anybody not accused of a crime or wrongdoing. All players are innocent until proven guilty.
  7. You may interrogate a player if they are a suspect of a crime or wrongdoing.
  8. All Event characters may be interrogated unless disapproved by the hosting Event Master.

Flying Rules:

  1. No ship ramming (flying into players or other ships).
  2. Do not enter a vehicle unless approved by high-ranking officials or members of staff.
  3. Do not climb or jump onto ships without a valid reason.
